Internet Security problems..

Ok so i have been having A problem accessing Firefox and Interne
explorer
Whenever i try to go and browse something it wont load.

I click diagnose the problem and it says:
Website cannot establish port on HTTP with this computer

I have:
Disabled WIndows defende
Uninstalled norton internet securit
Disabled my windows firewall
Added internet explorer to firewall exception
Have made my router A DM

I can ping 'Google' (http://www.google.com) fine in the cmd prompt
