Internet Settings?

Posted: 12-08-2004, 09:16 AM
Hallo,
at first i will excuse me for my terrible english. I have added the
Internet Explorer component to my run time and changed the proxy
server property.
My first problem is that my target pc hasn't this setting in his
Internet Explorer.(After running fba) Why not?(I have tried to use the
Min- and the Windows Logon)
So temporary I use an additional registry file to set the proxy server
(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\..\Internet Settings\..). And here is the beginning
of my next problem. The key current user works under Windows Logon but
not with the Minlogon component. Where i can set the proxy server
under Minlogon? (additional i have tried the local machine key but it
doesn't work).

Regards,
Florian

Florian,

The settings are most likely getting overwritten by some system components in your image either at build time or during FBA.
You may want to try to have the settings in a .reg file and import the file during FBA at very late phase.
