internet sharing connection bandwith limit

we have 5 computers connected through a switch, only one
of them has an internet conection. I shared the
connection and now everybody has internet, but if
everyone is surfing, or downloading...all connections go
badly. How can i limit the speed? i mean how can i make
everyone have lets say 20kb connections?
