internet will not display any pages,pop sever not found.

About the Internet issue, do you get that at all sites, in other words, you
can dial in but can't access any sites? If yes, you likely have some
security software or firewall installed that is the source of the issue and
you would have to check its options to resolve it.

Messenger and Mail could be related to the above. If your firewall is
blocking access it might block those as well. If the firewall isn't the
issue with those, the mail error you describe would have to be a setup
issue, in other words, incorrect information was used to setup your e-mail
account. However, based on what you've posted, I'm inclined to think, you
have some security software, firewall, antivirus, ad blocker, popup blocker,
etc. that is the source of the issue.
