Invisable hard drives

A few days ago I noticed that I can't see 2 of my hard
drives anymore.
I run Xp-home on an ATA card.
XP-pro on IDE 1 pullput. I also have 2 pullout data
drives. My Bios checks:removable,CD-rom,hard-drive.
If I don't turn on a pullout, the system goes to XP-home.
There I can see both data drives. All is OK.
If I turn on the pullout with XP-pro, than I can not see
the data drives in Explorer. However I can see them in
Device manager. I reinstalled the ATA driver.
