RE: IP address is not physically in the computer.

The IP address 192.168.0.18 you have entered for this
network adapter is already assigned to another
adapter 'SMC EZ Card 10/100 PCI (SMC1211TX)'. 'SMC EZ
Card 10/100 PCI (SMC1211TX)' is hidden from the network
connections folder because it is not physically in the
computer. If the same address is assigned to both
adapters and they both become active, only one of them
will use this address. This may result in incorrect
system configuration. Do you want to enter a different IP
address for this adapter in the list of IP addresses in
the advanced dialog box?

It looks like there was once an SMC1211TX network card in your
computer, but Windows XP can't detect it now. That could be because
it was physically removed without being logically un-installed in
Device Manager. If that's the case, re-install the card and then
un-install it properly.
