iPaq & Sharing Files

Anyone know how to go about setting up Bluetooth access
to iPaqs. I want to be able to share a folder on my iPaq
with access from my colleagues' iPaqs.

We can easily send files between the pocket pcs but can't
work out how to give shared folder access (if this is
even possible).
