Irfanview

I'd like to plug Irfanview. A few years ago I bought some "cartoons" that
had the pcx format. I could view thumbnails with no problem before
inserting them in a document. Something happened to prevent me from easily
doing that. Someone said that my filters were bad and I tried reloading XP
and other programs. Nothing seemed to work. I then tried using Irfanview
to batch change the file from a pcx to a jpg format. Eureka! No more
problem!

And there was a new version released today!

I use it to batch rename.... for that I haven't found any other application
that can beat it in efficiency and simplicity.

I am sold to FastStone... Did you try that one?

I'm downloading it right now. From the screenshots it certainly looks
prettier than Irfanview.

Congrats on the MVP Award BTW.
