I have been using WinFax pro for several months without
any problems - until today. After 5 hours on hold &
talking with both Symantec and Dell, still don't have a
solution. Symantec says there is an IRQ conflict - am
running Windows XP and my Lucent Modem is assigned to IRQ
10 - along with 4 other devices. When I try to insert a
file into WinFax pro, nothing comes through. Symantec
support tried everything they could think of. They
recommended getting the modem assigned to unique IRQ but
Dell was no help. Anyone have any recommendations?? - I
can't bear the thought of having to sit on hold any
longer. thanks
