IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (ERROR AT SHUTDOWN)

Can someone please help me with this error. I really
don't know what to do. The blue screen comes up after I
hit shutdown and it starts the music and ready to
shutdown, with the error stated IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and
states STOP 0X0000000A (0X00002DC,0X000000FF,0X00000000,
OX80523912)

Please advise. Thank you !!

If you are using Easy CD Creator V5 download the latest version and
see if the problem goes away
