As long as you do not sell the media you recorded it on.

This is like VCR's that we all recorded TV shows.
Which is what I do not understand about all this music
downloads. If I have the complete M*A*S*H on my presonal
recorded video cassettes am I guilty of a crime? Hope
not. M*A*S*H was on free TV and not on any other media.
