Is onecare.live.com free scan for vista supposed to replace a third-party security so

Okay, so I downloaded onecare's pc scan for vista, and it detected 19 invalid items in the "Reg Cleaner Scan". When I selected it to fix this it only corrected 12 of the 19 errors
