Is there a way to import .DLLs as drivers?

Hey,

I'm trying to install an old Earthlink DSC Pro camera by
Xircom. I downloaded the so called installation and
drivers for XP. It installed the software (the digital
album) but the drivers are in .DLL format, and when I try
to add drivers, XP only looks for .INFs

Is there anyway I assign the drivers? I put the two files
in the system32/drivers and (it seems the installation
installed a xircom folder) system32/xircom.

Can anyone help?
