Is Windows 7 going to be Windows NT 7.0 or 6.1 (how it is now) in the final release?

From the Windows 7 Team Blog... "So we decided to ship the Windows 7 code as Windows 6.1 - which is what you will see in the actual version of the product in cmd.exe or computer ...
