Isass.exe Application Error

When starting Windows XP right before the login screen I
receive the following mssg:

Isass.exe -Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0000006). click on OK to terminate the application.

Any Suggestions?

I've tryed to boot in safe mode, last known good
configuration,debugg etc.
