When trying to print to one particular network printer, the following occurs:
A) Printing from any application using the print button (i.e. using the
default printer) causes the following message to pop up:
"Before you can print, you need to select a printer. If you need to install
a printer, either double-click the Add Printer icon or click the Find Printer
button located on the general tab of this dialog."
B) When trying to select the default printer from the print dialog box, the
print and apply buttons gray out and cannot be clicked.
C) Disconnecting the printer and reconnecting to it does not resolve the
issue.
D) The user in question can print to other printers without incident.
E) No other users have this problem.

G) On their support page, Microsoft says there is a hotfix, but when I
requested it, they replied saying that no hotfix was available.
