Try registering the vbscript runtime dll. Please follow the followin
steps

1. Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> *Command Prompt
2. Type *cd C:\Windows\System32* and press enter
3. Type *regsvr32 vbscript.dll* and press enter

Try Uninstalling now
