iTunes Application Error

I am unable to open iTunes and Picassa, again, it comes up with the following
error. I have recently installed Norton Anti Virus software, dunno if this
has affected it. I have played with Start up configurations recently too.
No idea how to get it running again, could someone please help, thank you.
