Re: iTunes issues. Help!

Hi, A Microsoft Newsgroup is not generally the best place to get help with
products made by Apple. If you don't wish to go through Apple about the
problem, try Apple/iTunes/iPod related forums on the web.

audio CDs or import them into my computer. The little speaker icon will run
down the track list in a matter of seconds, no sound, no music, no nothing.
The apple people told me to get the newest service packs. I did this. I
still cannot import or play CDs. I have iTunes set as the default music
player, and it will play or sync to the iPod anything that is already on my
computer, but nothing new. If i call apple again, theyre going to make me
buy some stupid applecare service plan, which i think is ridiculous given
the cost of the iPod already in addition to buying a FireWire card, windows
XP and a RAM upgrade to make this thing work. Can anyone out there help me?
If you can you're my new favorite person.

iTunes is buggy. That's one reason why I bought an iRiver iHP-120 instead. It
shows up as mass storage device in Windows Explorer.
