Laser Printer Panasonic KX-P6300

I have a Panasonic KX-P6300 laserprinter running under
Windows XP Home Edition.
I have installed the printer with the driver for Windows
XP.
When I restart my computer, the printer doesn't work
anymore, so that I have to reinstall.
What could be the problem?
