Legacy Video Driver Fatal Error - Missing Driver

When attempting to run Command and Conquer or Call of Duty
neither runs and Call of Duty gives a fatal error. Any
suggestions on what do I need to do to be able run these
legacy video game programs on Windows XP on my Compaq PC?
