Lexmark printer will not print in color.

I have a Lexmark X83 all in one inkjet printer and cannot
print anything in color from my PC running Windows XP.
Using the printer as a color copier works fine. I have
update the printer drivers from Lexmark and Microsoft to
no avail. The printer works fine when I connected it to a
PC run Windows Me.
