Some USB products don't perform correctly if plugged into a USB Hub. If
it is try installing directly to USB on computer. Be aware it mite be
necessary to remove and reinstall software.

Check you ink cartridges make sure they are snapped in. They do come
unsnap after several times. Just lexmark when if it pops-just tell it
if you are using and old cartridge
