Hi Everyone,
Is there any way I can limited the number of printouts for a particular
user? I wanted to create a group policy strictly for that user to only be
allowed to print one copy of his/her document. Whatever workstation the
employee is working from, I wanted this policy to be effect. However, I don't
see anything in the GPOs that are straightforward. Do I have to do a
combination of GPOs or do I even used GPOs at all. When I googled this, most
of the results listed third-party software that I could buy to do this. We
have a Windows 2003 AD domain with all XP clients. Any suggestions on what MS
tools I can use to make this policy? Thanks.
