 Limited user unable to access internet on Windows xp home. Recently, I signed on as administrator to People PC Online for my ISP. While I am able to access the internet as the administrator, the limited user is not. I have contacted HP, Microsoft, and People PC Online about the problem, with no resolution. I receive the following error message: Setup Error-Cocreate Instance of CLSID. Dialer app failed. Please call tech support. Can anyone help me please? I am very limited in my computer literacy, so please respond in a language accordingly. Thank you for your swift response. If there is a place on the web with the procedure for correcting this problem, please let me know. | Guest
