Linksys drivers will not load

After installing EtherFast 10/100 LAN Card in my Dell
Dimensions 4500 (Windows XP Home Edition) the drivers
were not loaded. Error message:
The drivers were not installed.
"The name is already in use as either a service name or a
service display name." (Linksys LNE100TX(v5) Fast
Ethernet Adapter)
Linksys says I should call Microsoft because the name
already is in the system but the drivers were not
installed.
H-E-L-P !!!
