You don't give enough information to get specific help, so here's the
standard Windows answer: scan with your current antivirus using updated
definitions and remove spyware with tools such as Spybot S&D and/or
Ad-aware. Delete temporary and temporary internet files. Your symptoms
could be caused by many things, but start troubleshooting by confirming
that your system is clean.
