Loading XP on multible computers

Posted: 11-29-2003, 02:13 PM
Hello,

I recieved an OEM copy of XP when I built my desktop last
year. I recently have added another computer to the
household and would like to install XP on it . Can I use
the same copy of XP?

Let me know....

If the orginal computer does not work why will it not let
me activate xp on a different computer. How do I transfer
the owner ship from one computer to another one. >-----

If its an OEM copy of Windows, you dont. OEM copies may not be transfered
no matter what the situation is. If its a retial copy call the activation
phone number and explain to Microsoft what happened.
