Local policy of this system does not allow you to logon interactively

When I try to log on to a remote system witht e correct
user name & password, I get "The Local policy of this
system does not allow you to logon interactively". I've
been into help and found out how to see my local policies
but there is no explanation anywhere on how to change or
find this particular setting.
How do I do it, please?
