"the local policy of this system does not allow you to logon interactively

Ok, I have tried rebooting in Safe Mode, and know that
the Administrator account is still
called "Administrator". However, even in safe mode, I
still cannot logon, because "the local policy of this
system does not allow you to log on interactively". Is
there some way to completely delete the security
settings, and then reinstall them? There *has* to be
another way around this. For reference, look at the post
made June 17th at 1036am, named "cannot log on". Thanks
for the help guys.
