Are you sure it is the only admin account? There is a built-in Administrator account if you created your own separately. Start Control Panel Administrative Tools Computer Management Then in left tree window: Expand Local Users and Groups Highlight Users In right details window all accounts should show: look for Administrator accounts. If the built-in Administrator account is there and separate from the one you are locked out of you can use it to change the password of the other Administrator account. Since you know the password of the Administrator account you have been using you may be able to reset that password by highlighting it and then under Action in the menu bar Set Password. Or just right click the account to get the Properties window and reset it there. | Guest
