| My account locks after the computer is inactive for 5 - 15 minutes. I don't have a screen saver. Aside from changing the power settings of my laptop to Balanced, I haven't made any system changes. I am the administrator of the computer and the only account on it. | Guest

| Hello, try the following: Go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options and click "Change plan settings". Click "Change advanced power settings". There, in the lower panel, an entry "Require a password on wakeup" should appear. Select "No". Greetings, P.
