| Hello, I need to lock down a Vista system so that user data is only stored in either c:\users (their profile directory) or c:\temp. I don't want users creating folders in c:\ or in some other location. I am concerned about removing Authenticated Users from C:\, as I am not sure what it may break. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated? thanks, mitch | Guest

| Hello, I'd remove users that I don't want to make a new folder in C:. I did it on C: and now I still do not have any problems, and you should not have a problem either. Simply restrict the users' access, or delete them from the list. Greetings, P.
