Locking down Printing Preferences

Posted: 12-08-2006, 03:14 PM
Is there any way to lock down printing preferences on connected
printers on a user workstations.

When I connect a printer, it gets the default settings from the server.
That's all good.
But the user can go to his Printer folder, select printing preferences
and change those.

Ideally, I want the user only to be able to change the settings on
individual print job and not for all jobs as it is now.

The user I'm testing with has only user rights on the workstation, and
only printing permissions on the print queue.

I've tried to google this info but I can't find anything.
