| I'm new to all of this so please... I have a Dell Inspiron 8100 which I updated to XP. On occasion, while on the internet, the machine locks up to the extent that the only way I can get out of the lockup is to force a shutdown and restart the computer. Pressing <Esc> does nothing. Pressing <Ctrl><Alt><Delete> does nothing. Only holding down the power button for 15+ seconds shuts down the computer! There are times that it seems it's certain sites on the net that cause the problem, but it happens on too many sites. Can anyone help? Russ | Guest
