| Hi, I have setup Remote on my desktop and I am trying to access it from my notebook before I travel away. I key in the name on the notebook etc and get thenlogon panel but whilst the User name of the Desktop is there and I put in the correct password, it keep telling me to try my password or ID again. What am I missing here ? I have given share rights to the desktop via explorer. Thanks | Guest

| You have to be an Administrator or a member of the Remote Desktop Users Group. Is that the case? You can add users to the "Remote Desktop Users Group" via the management console or Remote Desktop configuration screen. -- Al Please post *ALL* questions and replies to the news group for the mutual benefit of all of us...Unsolicited personal emails are *NOT* answered.
