Long time until Network works

Hello Newsgroup,

I created a image with Embedded Xp SP 2.
Evereything works fine, but I've got one Problem.
When Windows is booting, it lasts very long until
the Network is working. The Windows boot lasts about
50 seconds. Then it takes 30 seconds more until the
network connections are working.

The Firewall is included but switched off.
Furthermore the IIS is also installed an i am
using static IP's.

Any idea?

You can try disabling the IPAutoconfigurationEnabled switch.

Hi Joe,

thanks for the hint, I tried your suggestion but there was no
difference. Still it lasts long after the boot until the network
works,

I've found a solution:

I just only stopped the service:
"Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)"

That's all, now right after winows booted i've got access
to Network.
