It's possible that the mouse drivers are causing the conflict, in which case
you should try reinstalling the latest driver for that device.

You might have problems with the port you have the mouse plugged into,
in which case try another USB port for example if it's a USB mouse.

If you recently added more hardware or upgraded your hardware, such
as a more powerful video card for example, your power supply may need
to be upgraded to another model with more output to handle the demands.
