lose drivers due to mrtRate

I keep having to reload my keyboard and audio drivers.
When reloading is required the Event Viewer/System shows
the following error:
The mrtRate service failed to start due to:
The system cannot find the file specified.

I have a new HP Pavillion a265c. When the problem arises
my wireless keyboard works but I lose use of what HP calls
the "special buttons" (shopping, sports, finance, connect,
search, chat, e-mail).

Reloading the keyboard and audio drivers temporarily
solves the problem... until it happens again.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks
