Losing Restore Point

points. I may have one from, say, earlier in the
morning, but non from days previous. I have lots of free
disk space and in the configuration I have it set up to
use plenty.
If I create a new restore point it will be available for
a while, but if I look tomorrow as an example, for any
point I create now, it will be gone.

AMD Atlon XP 2000+ 1.66 Ghz
512 Memory
60 Gig HD (only using about 8 of it)
