lost password for vista home edition can you help

hi folks i've lost my password for my computer and dont have a recovery disc
if any body can suggest what i can do please help im in desperate need for
help as microsoft havent been useful at all it would be much apreciated

Login Recovery is a free service to reveal user names and recover passwords
for Windows NT, 2000, XP, 2003 and Longhorn. As long as you have physical
access to the computer, your passwords can be recovered.

What sort of an idiot would give all of his/her login names and
passwords to an anonymous entity on the web. Can anyone say "Scam?"
