Love Mahjong Titans But Question?

Other games I have played you could make setting change that made the layout
one that could be solved. It seems this one does not? How odd is that I
don't enjoy a game that you can only solve rarely. Out of 25 games I have
only solved 2.

Why won't Microsoft get a update to this.
