Loving the Vista!!

I have installed Vista and but for a few glitches it is working well. I was a
2K holdout and it was worth the wait.

Well done Vista team! Thanks!

I agree. Rock solid stable. That's why I believe it may be
awhile before the masses, especially businesses, upgrade
to Vista. I like Vista, it's cool. But other than being "cool",
I see no compelling reason for many to rush into Vista. JMHO.

And if you think the x86 version of XP is rock solid you ought to try the
x64 edition.

That's what I've heard. My next computer purchase will be
that. Just keep trying to justify to myself another puter-
I already have two desktops and two laptops.
Unfortunately, they all work great- I'm sure I'll find
some excuse. ;-)

I too have been very happy with XP - Vista has lots of ''eye candy'' (which
I am getting to like also), but not sure I'll shell out for final release.

IF I go for Windows Vista, I might as well go for Office 2007 (I have this
beta also). I'm pretty sure this is the law.
)

Hello Vista, good bye Visa.............................

I am used to Windows XP and Office Pro 2003. I can do things quickly and
easily. Not that I do much. Fact is, I could probably do all I need to do
with a yellow pad and a #2 pencil.

However, bells, whistles, and do dahs are more fun.

I think there is a computer software ''code of conduct'' (written on the
back of an empty pack of Camels and hermetically sealed in a mayonnaise jar)
that states one must upgrade OS and Office to the most recent version ASAP.
Pretty sure the penalty is real severe in my house for not doing so - yep -
this is my story and I am sticking to it.

Bill

this post made with no respect for reality - just fun and the enjoyment of
MS's latest Betas
