low gaming framerate after vista wakeup

Hi everyone, here gaming in a bussiness x64 with a q6600 8gbram 8800gt and i having a 20 dps drop in games after waking up the computer, after a reset everything goes to normal, have anyone experience this problem, fixes, comments anything??
