Major System Crash.....help

I would unhook everything from the motherboad and then plug each device back
in one at a time then turn on the PC and see what happens. Then you can see
by process of elimination of what could possibly be your problem. I think it
might be your motherboard but its worth a shot.

got corrupted by the shock but without being able to access the system I
don't know where to start to repair the problem. Any and all comments or
