Making any window transparent by clicking on the headerbar

I have seen a registry edit that will make any window transparent when you grab it at the top(on the header bar). Does anyone know or heard about this? Email me please if you have info. fbi_usgov@hotmail.co

Thanks

Hi
Right click My Computer/ click Properties/ Click the Advanced tab/ click the
Performance Settings button/ scroll down to the "Show window contents while
dragging" option and remove the check mark from that. Ok your way out of the
Properties dialogue. Best of luck.

Your video drivers may offer this feature. There are also programs like windows blinds. While XP provides the feature to programs it doesn't do it itself as it's a really bad idea.
