Default Making Start Menu Folders

Hi,
You know how in XP you can go to windows explorer and then go to the
documents and settings folder and find your start menu folder so you can make
a new folder that will appear in your start menu? I can't seem to find this
folder in Vista. I went to users, my logon name etc and there is no folder
for the start menu. Does anyone know where this folder resides now or did MS
do away with it.
Thanks......Eric

All I do is right click on the start button, choose explore all users, open
the Programs folder in the resulting window and that allows access and
manipulation of all folders/icons on the start menu including the startup
folder. You may have to go into a user profile from that point if some
icons only appear for a specific user. BTW, this is the same method which I
used in XP.

FWIW,

Len
