making xp remove files!!!!!!

I have had about the same problem except that I have had
trouble with my HP 7110 all in one scanning. I called HP
and Dell, which I received the printer through, and
neither have been able to help me. I uninstalled the
printer and not all of the files went away, so when HP
told me to reinstall the printer, I ended up with 2
printer icons. Now, everytime I call them to resolve
this issue they tell me to uninstall and reinstall the
printer and now I'm on my 6th printer icon and files. I
go to Control Panel and try to remove it, but there is
always 1 file that will not go away and noone can seem to
tell me how to get it to go away!!! If anyone has a
solution for me, please e-mail me. Thanks
