Try directly emailing both the Microsoft Technical Support and the Maxator
Support.
You probably have an "extreme" or "odd" case scenario that isn't common
enough to be covered extensivly in the FAQs.
That may be more effective (and direct) than asking around in newsgroups,
though there may be people in this group that know the answer, because they
aren't always online.
