Hi!Have the same problem. Hope there will be a solution, fast. I think it has
to do with some Vista security features, since you need a username/password
on Windows XP.
My Maxtor is in the same workgroup and username and password are the same on
the Maxtor and the Vista-pc.

HiThis worked also for me:
